Pass It On - Remembering September 11, 2001

Where Were You On September 11, 2001?
September 11, 2001 has touched everyones life
in one way or another and continues to do so
on a regular basis.

No, we as an American people are not paralized
by this event, but a day does not go by when we
do not hear on the news something about terrorism.

If the news doesn’t talk about it, the politicians
remind us.

Bottom line, the events of September 11, 2001 changed
the American culture for ever.

The following video is the first video project
I completed while attending film school at
CCSN in 2005…

The Lyrics are down below…

Pass It On…
In Memory of September 11, 2001

Music by - Robby LeBlanc
Lyrics by - Robby LeBlanc and Vickie Pieper

“PASS It On”
Before The World We Saw, The Twin Towers Fall,
In Disbelief We Watched The Horror of It all,
Now The World, Is Watching What We Will Do,
I Pray To God, That We Will Do What’s Right To Do,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…
But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…

I Didn’t Know That We, Were Hated All That Much,
I Feel Lost That I Have Been So Out of Touch,
Because I’m Free, To See, The World With Opens Eyes,
I Can’t Tell the Difference,
Between The Truth and All The Lies,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On.

One Response to “Pass It On - Remembering September 11, 2001”

  1. Rev Hans Myors Says:

I was in a motel in Auburn, AL. on Sept. 11th. I remember turning on the tv to the “Today Show” to watch the news. Saw the recorded scenes of the first jet hitting the first tower. Went out for a short time for breakfast but I made it back to my room to watch the second jet hitting the second tower live. This really floored me. I wanted to stay and watch what was happening but I had to get to the offices of the “Opelika-Auburn News” for a scheduled interview. I got into the newsroom right when the towers started to fall. The interview never happened since I went around the newsroom comforting and counseling the people there. This went on for about two hours.
