New Years Eve is always a special night, especially in Las Vegas. They close off the strip at 5PM from Tropicana To Sahara until 3 am. Then at midnight, fireworks are fired from a number of hotels on the strip.
It's magical to experience. Everyone should see this at least once in their life...
It's also a big night for musicians. I was blessed to play at my favorite Thai Restaurant in the WORLD, "Arawan Thai Bistro and Deserts" on Sahara in commercial center. My Gig was from 6-9pm. About 1 block off the strip. Easy and FREE PARKING! Plus no hassles with the 300,000 people walking the strip.
It was the perfect gig for me and all the people that didn't want to deal with the craziness on the strip. And the best part was, a number of my good friends were in attendance along with my honey Vickie!
Great FOOD! Great FRIENDS! Great MUSIC! What's better than that!? Do yourself a favor. If you have not eaten here yet, go! I promise, you will not be disappointed. PLUS they have an AWESOME Lunch Special for $9.95, including Desert!

See You on Valentine's Day!
Keep Being Brilliant!
Found out few hours ago my sister, Val LeBlanc transitioned and passed away from complications from a recent massive stroke.
As I drive around Las Vegas at 3:30 am, I am sad and crying because I didn't get the chance to say goodbye. I'm happy because she is no longer suffering, struggling, in pain and scared.
Everyone experiences the 4 seasons of life, a Winter, Spring , Summer and Fall. Some last mere minutes while others last years. As I reflect on my own health challenges this past year, my honey Vickies and now my sisters passing I feel a rainbow of emotions.
My niece Sammy, Val's daughter has been a true warrior thru this journey, keeping us updated on Val's status. No one gets a pass in this life, we all get our bag of challenges to work and grow thru. I do believe Val is in a better place. Please send positive thoughts for my dad and specially Sammy for which I know there heart is truly broken. Please send them love, light and peace.
Thank you Val for introducing me years ago to the TV Show "Soul Train". Thank You for your sick sense of humor which made me laugh. Thank You Val for the BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies in the world!
And Thank You for bringing Sammy into our world.
Until We Meet Again,
We Love You,
Robby & Vickie

Thank You In Advance,
It Has Been a Busy Summer, Full of Adventure, Health Issues, Sporting Events and Birthdays!
June 4, 2016 Went To Emergency Room with Blood Pressure 201/110. June 6th had An Emergency Stent for 90% blockage in my right artery. They released me June 7th and I felt great! July 5-10th I was the official photographer for the International Mixed Martial Arts World Championships 2016.
August 1st, started feeling crappy again, shortness of breath, sever headaches ect.... August 17th celebrated my birthday! Then went to Emergency room again August 21st. Turns out I caught an Pneumonia. September 3rd went back to emergency room because I developed a bad rash over my body and my throat was closing up and had trouble breathing. And honestly I was scared. Turns out I had a severe reaction to the antibiotics I was taking for the Pneumonia! In the midst of all that, my honey Vickie has been experiencing her own health challenges.
Am I complaining? No, just sharing the roller coaster of a summer it has been!
So, How Has Your Summer Been???
I will say this, I am so GRATEFUL for all the support and prayers I received via Email, Text, Facebook and phone calls! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
As we enter the fall, kids go back to school, Apple has another launch coming up, guitar gigs are scheduled and the leaves will start falling from the trees!
With that being said: Focus on the good in your life. Look for the best in people. Be the encourager, not the discourager. Hold on and hold tight for the Fall Season is just beginning!
Keep Being Brilliant,
PS- Just got the Hospital bill - $136,451! Thank God I have good insurance. MY portion is only about $8000. I may have to do a GoFundMe Fund Raiser...
