Las Vegas Guitarist Plays Fragile

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

A few weeks ago I was invited to sit in and play with the group
Odyessy in Las Vegas. The song they invited me to play was
“Fragile”  written by Sting. It is a haunting and beautiful melody.

Hope you enjoy it…

I look forward to your comments…

Spirit of Joy Choire

Monday, October 19th, 2009

We have an awesome music program at the church I attend.
Thw house band is called Odysey with Justin Vogel on Bass,
Melvin Macia on Keyboards and Stephen on drums…

I perform there a few times a year, sometimes just solo guitar
and other times with the band.

Mary O’Reilly heads up the choire and they perform the
third Sunday of every month.

I love this song in the video below that our choire sings.
It features 4 different singers with 4 different voice qualities.

What also makes this special is my wonderful girlfriend
Vickie Pieper is the first soloist featured. She is in the back
row so you can’t see her, but man she can really sing!

All 4 vocalist sing with heart felt soul I think you’ll enjoy.
Soloist 1 – Vickie Pieper
Solist 2 – Beth Sabala
Solist 3 – Sherry O’Hara
Solist 4 – Teresa Krolak-Owens
This is the first video I shot with my iphone…

Have a Great Day!

Pass It On – Remembering September 11, 2001

Monday, September 8th, 2008

Where Were You On September 11, 2001?
September 11, 2001 has touched everyones life
in one way or another and continues to do so
on a regular basis.

No, we as an American people are not paralized
by this event, but a day does not go by when we
do not hear on the news something about terrorism.

If the news doesn’t talk about it, the politicians
remind us.

Bottom line, the events of September 11, 2001 changed
the American culture for ever.

The following video is the first video project
I completed while attending film school at
CCSN in 2005…

The Lyrics are down below…

Pass It On…
In Memory of September 11, 2001

Music by – Robby LeBlanc
Lyrics by - Robby LeBlanc and Vickie Pieper

“PASS It On”
Before The World We Saw, The Twin Towers Fall,
In Disbelief We Watched The Horror of It all,
Now The World, Is Watching What We Will Do,
I Pray To God, That We Will Do What’s Right To Do,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…
But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…

I Didn’t Know That We, Were Hated All That Much,
I Feel Lost That I Have Been So Out of Touch,
Because I’m Free, To See, The World With Opens Eyes,
I Can’t Tell the Difference,
Between The Truth and All The Lies,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On.
