Where Were You On September 11, 2001?
September 11, 2001 has touched everyones life
in one way or another and continues to do so
on a regular basis.

No, we as an American people are not paralized
by this event, but a day does not go by when we
do not hear on the news something about terrorism.

If the news doesn’t talk about it, the politicians
remind us.

Bottom line, the events of September 11, 2001 changed
the American culture for ever.

The following video is the first video project
I completed while attending film school at
CCSN in 2005…

The Lyrics are down below…

Pass It On…
In Memory of September 11, 2001

Music by - Robby LeBlanc
Lyrics by - Robby LeBlanc and Vickie Pieper

“PASS It On”
Before The World We Saw, The Twin Towers Fall,
In Disbelief We Watched The Horror of It all,
Now The World, Is Watching What We Will Do,
I Pray To God, That We Will Do What’s Right To Do,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…
But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On…

I Didn’t Know That We, Were Hated All That Much,
I Feel Lost That I Have Been So Out of Touch,
Because I’m Free, To See, The World With Opens Eyes,
I Can’t Tell the Difference,
Between The Truth and All The Lies,

But if I Find Some Real Wisdom,
Then What I’ll Do is Pass It On.

Republicans and Democrats

Are You Voting Republican or Democrat?

As far back as I can remember my family was
always Republican. (My Mother & Father)

And as far back as I can remember I’d argue with my
parents about how our government messes things up…

Well I finally voted in the 2000 Election and I admit
I voted for Bush. At the time, I really thought he
was going to look out for the people…

Well, as you can see the past 8 years with President
Bush in office have been a total disaster! Heck, even
John McCain only mentioned Bush one time in his speech
the other night during the Republican Convention.

So much for being proud of your president and all the
wonderful things he has done…

With that in mind, does that means I’m voting for Obama?
Hmmm…

As I started writing this post for my blog, my dad
is at the Republican convention having the time of
his life. He loves the republicans and the whole
party. He loves the politics, the energy, the
interaction with friends from all over the country.

(My Step Mom got ill so she couldn’t attend the
convention. Please say a short prayer for her)

Yes, the republicans are lucky to have such a loyal
man on the team…I love that my dad is having so
much fun!

He’d call me after each republicans speech and we’d
debate about it for a few minutes and he’d go back to
the convention…

Well both party’s had conventions…

My father called me on Saturday after the RNC and said
so are you voting for John McCain yet?

I told my dad, I don’t think it really matters much
who actaully wins. My dad couldn’t believe I said that.

I told my dad…
1. For over 30 years I have been hearing both party’s
say that the Tax code was way to complicated and needed
to be simplified, over-hauled or eliminated.

Bottom line - It has just gotten more complicated.
They know it should be changed, but it will never happen.
Actually Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee were the only ones
talking about changing it.

2. For years both party’s have said they needed to
do something about our health care system.

Bottom Line - Nothing has changed - It has gotten worse.
More people are without health care than ever before.

3. For years both party’s have said teachers needed
to be paid more.

Bottom Line - Teachers Pay is still sub par.

4. Since the Nixon administration, (1973) both party’s
have known that the USA has needed to become less
dependent on forign oil…

Bottom Line - We are more dependent now and in worse
position and paying record high prices for gas which
is effecting the entire American economy.

Now both party’s are touting we need to do something.
It’s a little late, don’t cha think?

And now both party’s are saying they are the party
of Change! Really?

In any case…
These are just a few things that came to mind…

My problem is, I still want to beleive that there
are some politicians out there that really want to
help the people.

What do you think?
Republican or Democrat?

I look forward to any of your comments.

Have a Great Day!
